I contributed in enhancing the user experience of Titan Smart World and Fastrack mobile app, by collaborating on user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens . Redefined user interactions and edge cases, iteratively to optimize usability. I also worked for the agency's website redesign, leading competitor analysis, web analytics, visual design and final design.
